Online registration (ATTENTION: ONLINE REGISTRATION WILL BEGIN ON MARCH 25th):

  • On-line registration will be OPEN From March 25th to October 10th, 2025 (11:59 pm BRT). After this deadline, only on-site registrations will be accepted at the Congress Secretariat at CDI-USP
  • Registration is mandatory for meeting attendance and poster presentation of approved abstracts.
  • Early bird registration and abstract submissions will be accepted From March 25th to May 26th, 2025 (11:59 pm BRT)).
  • Each registration allows the submission of ONLY ONE abstract.
  • To register online, click “Registration Online” and follow the instructions. Ensure that you complete your registration. If you are a SBFTE member or participated in the 2024 Meeting (Plataforma Nui Eventos), log in with your registered E-mail.
  • If you are new, Click “Register” to create an account.
  • Access the Online Registration System to generate your bank payment slip. Foreigner participants must pay via PayPal.
  • Upon request, a registration fee receipt can be provided by the SBFTE secretariat. E-mail to sbfte@sbfte.org.br).
  • Cancellation Policy: Registration cancelations must be requested by August 30th, 2025, via Email to: sbfte@sbfte.org.br). A 30% non-refundable processing fee will be deducted from the refund. After this date, cancellations WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED, but registrations can be transferred to another participant within the same category.
  • For Undergraduate and Graduate Students (members and non-members): The Advisor/Supervisor will receive an E-mailto confirm the student’s status upon abstract submission and/or registering online.

    • The registration fee is waived for: NON-MEMBERS (national and international speakers) and
    • MEMBERS whose SBFTE annual fees are paid up to 2025.
  • GROUP REGISTRATION
    • Groups of 5 (five) participants from the same category are eligible for a 10% discount on Early Registration. To receive the discount, one group member must email farmaco@somosnui.com.br with the names, institutions, and emails addresses of all 5
      participants. A discount coupon will be provided for group registration.
  • PAYMENT CONDITIONS
    • The Registration fee can be paid via the following methods:

      • Credit Card (up to three installments)
        • Early Registration: 3 installments
        • Regular Registration: 2 installments
        • On Site: Full Payment required

SBFTE members with outstanding fees should contact the SBFTE Secretariat at sbfte@sbfte.org.br to verify and update their membership status before completing meeting registration. SBFTE reserves the right to CANCEL the Registration and Abstract submission of members with UNPAID fees who have not contacted the Society)

2. Undergraduate and Graduate Students (members and non-members): The advisor/supervisor will receive an E-mail to confirm the student’s status when submitting an abstract or registering online

3. Accompanying persons will be allowed to attend the welcome reception and coffee breaks only. They will not have access to the scientific program sessions of the Congress.
