Online registration (ATTENTION ONLINE REGISTRATION WILL BEGIN ON April 3rd):
- Online registration will be accepted From April 3rd to September 30th, 2024 (11:59 PM BRT). After this date, only on-site registrations will be accepted at the Congress Secretariat in Balneário Camboriú.
- Registration is mandatory for meeting attendance and poster presentation of approved abstracts.
- Early bird fees and abstract submission will be accepted From April 3rd to May 29th, 2024 (11:59 PM BRT)).
- Each registration allows the submission of ONLY ONE abstract.
- For online registration click here “Register Now” and follow the instructions. Be sure you have finished your registration. If you are a SBFTE member or have participated in the 2023 Meeting (Plataforma Nui Eventos) enter with your registered E-mail, if not Click on “Register”.
- Enter the Online Registration System to generate your bank payment slip. Foreigner participants should pay by PayPal.
- Upon request, registration fee receipt will be provided by the SBFTE secretariat (send an E-mail to sbfte@sbfte.org.br).
- Cancellation Policy: Cancelation of registration will be accepted only if requested by August 30th, 2024 by E-mail to the meeting secretariat (sbfte@sbfte.org.br). A 30% non-refundable processing fee will be deducted from the refund. After this date only transference of registration to another participant (in the same category) will be accepted.
- For Undergraduate Students and Graduate Students (members and non-members): The Advisor/Supervisor will receive an E-mail to confirm the student’s status when submitting an abstract and/or registering online.

- Only are exempted to pay the registration fee NON-MEMBERS invited national and international speakers, and MEMBER speakers whose SBFTE annual fees are cleared up until 2023.
- GROUP REGISTRATION
- Group registration of 5 (five) participants of the same category will get 10% discount for Early Registration. To get the discount the participants should send an e-mail to farmaco@somosnui.com.br with the names, institutions, and e-mails of the 5 members of the group to be registered. A discount coupon will be generated for the group to be registered.

3. Accompanying persons will be only allowed to participate in the welcome reception and coffee breaks, but they will not have access to the scientific program sessions of the Congress.
Attention: Postdoctoral Fellows and Graduate Laboratory Technicians do not qualify as Graduate Students and must pay the full member or non-member fee.
